Luke grew up in West Michigan and graduated from Cornerstone University before moving to Minnesota. There he attended seminary at Bethlehem College & Seminary and became a member at Bethlehem Baptist Church in downtown Minneapolis, where he met his lovely wife, Andrea. After seminary he and Andrea moved to Boise, Idaho to help plant a church. He later joined the pastoral team at Grace in 2020.
They and their three children live in Grandville. They love family, friends, games, reading, movies or good shows, music, and the outdoors. They both enjoy being active, and Luke loves playing all manner of sports, especially basketball, ultimate frisbee, and running. Luke has led congregational singing for about fifteen years and loves worshiping and encountering God together with the saints.
